K.C. Moore received her Master’s Degree in Social Work and Public Health from the University of Oklahoma in 2013. She has since worked as a Mental Health Counselor in a residential setting at the PMIC level of care (Psychiatric Medical Institute for Children), and also in a multitude of school settings providing school based mental health counseling and training to educators. Prior to that, K.C. has experience working with young adults and college students as a crisis advocate for victims of sexual assault and a health educator on college campuses. K.C. uses a diverse approach to therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused, sand tray and play therapy with emphasis on client’s strengths and relationship building.
