I have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings in Wyoming and Iowa.I received my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University, Colorado in 2014. As a trauma-focused therapist, I believe that creating a safe environment for my clients and developing a caring relationship is critical to successful therapy. I work with individuals on common issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, relationship issues, and other life adjustments. I work with an emphasis on using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
If you are in need of someone to walk alongside you in your journey, I encourage you to reach out today.
